New os

Hello , me and my friend are making an OS, a linux based one too! The OS is going to be based off of Ubuntu 10.0.4 LTS (or the latest version of it)

I took a quick look through your site, what will seperate your version from Ubuntu? Is it just a different default package set? Is it faster? Easier? More Advanced? I guess a better single question is why would I want to use what you release for $4 when I can get Ubuntu for free? All I could see were references to a new splash screen...

Right but that's $4 I would still have if I downloaded another Linux flavor for free. I'm just talking in terms of cost to the customer, I don't know or care if any of that $4 goes to your pocket.

To restate, what sets your version apart, why is it better? In other words, why did you decide you needed your own version?
