Have you already get the part?
If not, don't get that AMD.
Get intel 6th gen i5 with GTX 970 or GTX 980 (depends on overall budget)

PSU will looking at 600W good brand fro GTX 980ti

As long as you don't have any major bells and whistles attached to your system then you'll need a decent 600 watt psu such as a corsair cx600.

The cpu will bottleneck the video card by the way.

I already got the parts only one i need is PSU so one more question are 8pin and 6 pin required cus they are hard to find in my country.

That seems... really unbalanced. At least you won the GPU and didn't have to buy it :D

If you can return them I'd strongly suggest an i3 or something. The FM2+ socket isn't going anywhere.

i will try to exchange CPU but is it a must to have those pins, they are really hard to find in my country and if i find them its 10$ per one.
