New PC Build Need HELP!!!

Iam going to building my new Computer soon, I have the case and Just Misc. Items i am really looking at this motherboard but was wondering peoples opinions about it. Its an abit, i had a GD8-Pro and i loved it. Please Just let me know if this is the right way to go.

Because of that name you will pay too much. Also that board is well over a year old now..
 
What do you mean that i will pay way to much for the name. Just because its a Fatality???? So what Motherboard would you suggest???

Sorry, I just feel that they offer nothing that special to warrant the price tags I've seen in the past..

What budget you wanna work within.?
 
Not to sure on the RAM, But i know i want a INTEL CPU, I was really looking at a LGA775, But i am open to open to any and all Opinions and all suggestions. Just doing research for now. Will actually start build in about 2 months
