New pc build...

Just put down the order on the parts for my new build... I set myself a $1,500 price cap and am quite pleased with what I was able to pick out...

I'd just like opinions on it, what I could have/should have done different (if anything) and what you like/dislike about my box...

I'm quite pleased with it, though when I have the money I will be putting another gig, maybe 2, of ram into it, as well as a second video card

the graphics card, should've gone for a eVGA 6800GT.

2 PIONEER DVR-109 DUAL FORMAT 16X DVD±R/±RW + CD-R/RW DRIVE DUAL LAYER, and 2 rosewill cd-burners of the same brand.

An Enermax SLI-READY 535 WATT PSU would be better.

I agree with almost all of the part reccomendations you posted- and as for some of the things, lighting, keyboard/mouse, and small things of the like, i didn't include, I just basically included all the main parts. also a lot of those parts I would like to have gotten ended up being dropped beacuse of my price cap... oh well.. always room to upgrade later.

Its either 12 or 16. Pipes are clustered by quads

2 PIONEER DVR-109 DUAL FORMAT 16X DVD±R/±RW + CD-R/RW DRIVE DUAL LAYER, and 2 rosewill cd-burners of the same brand.

Except Pioneer 109s use the same logic chip as the NECs (and NEC makes them). And Rosewill makes shit for CD burners.

Is that really neccesary in a systsem spec??
