New PC parts list. Opinions?

I'm planning on building a new budget mATX PC. Are these parts all right?

Case: Thermaltake Versa H18
Mobo: ASRock H77M
CPU: I5 3570
GPU: GTX 1650
PSU: Thermaltake Toughpower GX2
Cooler: DeepCool AG400 NOT ARGB
RAM: Ballistix DDR3 memory

I already have the CPU, GPU, and RAM
Any opinions on what should be changed?
Also, I know the PSU is overkill but I plan on upgrading some things in the future

I agree, you are using an (approx) 5yo GPU with a 12yo CPU and motherboard (that I see). That board can only handle 16GB of DDR3 1600/1333/1066 non-ECC memory.

If it runs smoothly, then it would for a basic use computer. Anything else would probably not go too well.
