New PC Power & Cooling PS makes oscillating humming noise

Hello, I just bought a PC Power & Cooling 760 Watt Silencer Power Supply, model # PPCS760. It's a silver rated unit, and runs more efficient than my old corsair 750w unit (I used a Kill-A-Watt meter to measure, and my new system uses only 60 watts typically). It makes an oscillating humming noise that bothers me (I've always been sensitive to background noise). It's not terrible, minor in fact, but I've never had that noise from a power supply before. Given that this is probably the nicest power supply I've ever purchased, I'm wondering if I got a bad one, one that I should return now while I still can.

I will also add that it seems all these manufacturers say they make quiet ps ("Silencer"), but they all have too much fan noise for me. I don't think there is such a thing.

All thoughts appreciated. TIA.

My new PC:
Intel i5 2500k processor
Gigabyte Z68AP-D3 motherboard
4gb Kingston memory
2tb seagate drives, raid 1
No video card, on board graphics only

Most likely coil whine, I would return it for a different one. Any reason why you bought a high wattage power supply when you don't even need to? You are only using a basic system with onboard video, a good 450 watt psu would suffice. You would only get a high end psu if you were running a high end video card.
