New pc. Won't use 4 sticks, turns on no display

Hello! Thank you for helping me, first off.
I built this Computer using the components below. The computer turns on with only 2 sticks it Will not post with for. Sometimes the computer Will not have a video feed and I have to turn it off a couple times for it to Work. I've tried everything and I've come to a dead end .

Those are my components. Computer works sometimes after starting it a couple times with no video feed.
XMP in bios on.

Hi and welcome.

First start by trying to boot with each ram stick individually to see if all the sticks are working, use the same slot each time. If they all seem to work then check that all the slots are working by trying booting with one stick and then moving it to another slot and trying again, until you have tried all 4.

Then report back.
