Any comments would be great

You should check and see if that ram is on the QVL, my friend has the same MoBo and his ram didn't work since it was not on the QVL

come on guys, please some comments, does this sound like a good setup. First computer build so not really sure. Thanks

Maybe switch the motherboard to a Gigabyte DS3? The Asus is good too but I hear the DS3 is the best for OC'ing. Other than that it looks great.

Apparently Hiper aren't a very good make to go for...

Alos, the MOBO you have chosen isn't all that great for the price, like Shadowhunter said, get the Gisabyte DS3, it's a great board and for about £70 you can't go wrong, other than that, looks good!

ok, i will look at that mobo. I was trying to find ways to save a bit of money so thats really good, plus if its good for overclocking even better. Yeh didnt think the psu varied that much but can anybody recommend another psu, similar price preferably. Also a case, i was just after the cheapest one with a see through side, again any recommendations.

Cheers

nice one, i like the look of the ds3 and dont need to save that much so think i will get that. Just looking at them cases, cheers

what should i be looking for in terms of cooling in cases? i know i want one that looks good with few led's but how many fans and what kinds size?

No, you're right, the UK isn't hot at all! :(

I think the DS3 would do everything he wants, he's also trying to save money too so it'd be a good purchase!

Oh right, well search:

Casecom Black

and it's the bery bottom case on page one, it has a 120mm fan and it has blue LED's on it, that one looks good. :)

Look at Novatech and their Jeantech cases, not the best quality in the world but my Butterfly V2 makes for great ease of use, the motherboard side coming down for work. Not badly priced either.

Ah nice one, i was looking for somewhere in the uk. Yeh the first one, looks really good, bit different and big front fan so should be ok.
