The Antec power supply you are looking at is good quality, but it may not be enough for the system you are looking at since video card are pretty power hungry. I would get a 500 Watt or greater power supply. Take a look at this XCLIO GOODPOWER 500 Watt power supply for $50:

If you already have Antec TruePower Trio 430, Just keep it.
If you looking for a new one, get a 500W PSU instead. 430W for that spec. is just enough.
