I'm looking to build a new PC. I already have one, but I'm giving that one to the wifey so she can have all of her music and pictures on it and so I don't have to wait for her to stop playing this Sims so I can blow people up :P hehe. I have a $2000 limit or as close as possible. I plan on using it mainly for gaming, with the occasional web surfing and e-mailing. And recommendations on a build? Any and all input is appreciated. you can take the case, sound card, and HDD down, but the rest is solid. OS can be changed if you want
 
Amd was king with it's athlon64 chips.. Intels new core 2 duo's blow Amd out of the water. It just goes back and forth.. Amd's new processors may, and probably will, take the crown back.
