New Phone Stuff

I got a new phone, and I tried installing the driver for it on my computer, and the disk is in and the computer isn't recognizing it. And I have a memory card reader that reads my SD card for my camera, and I bought a 2gb micro SD with SD adapter, and it to is not being recognized. The remove hardware program shows it as a G: but I am clicking and dragging stuff over to the G: while in 'My Computer' and its saying please insert a disk.
