New processor and graphics card for laptop

Hi, I am looking to get a new processor and graphics card for my sons laptop.

the laptop is a Dell Inspiron and I am looking for a processor/graphics card that would help him play games such as Call of Duty, Day Z, and other such games as that.

I am trying to just upgrade his laptop instead of buying a new one. I am hoping to keep the price lower than 200 dollars, but I am willing to pay more if I have to.

If I do just need to buy him a new laptop, what would you suggest?

You can't upgrade the graphics card in a laptop, so you're out of luck. You could try to upgrade the CPU, but in all honesty, it isn't worth it.
