I want to get a new processor, but I am not sure if my motherboard will support it. I have ASUSTek Buckeye 1.05 (The chipset is Intel P965/G965 , Southbridge is Intel 82801HH (ICH8DH), and LPCIO is Fintek F8000) and I want to get a Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550 Yorkfield 2.83GHz 12MB L2 Cache LGA 775 95W Quad-Core Processor. Are the two parts compatible or do I need to get a new motherboard?
