there both the same in specs. but i woudlnt get either of them cause there both not dual on the 12v rail. whats your budget for one?

yes get the sli one it should be fine for a 7800

actually I realized that it wouldn't fit in my case right ..
can anyone recommend me a PSU 24 pin mobo that will supply power
to my 7800GT, it needs to be at least 450W and 26A on the 12V I think.

You should get an Aspire 520Watt w/ 36A on the +12V Rails. Its a 20-/+4 plug and costs ~$60 before rebates.
