New RAM making computer reboot

So I found a good deal at a local computer store for 8 gigs (2x 4gb) Kingston ram. Exact frequency and timing as the current ram that I have. However, when I install the 2 sticks in the same slots as my current ones, my motherboard beeps twice, says memory has been decreased and gives me the options to go to setup or start normally. It doesn't matter which option I choose (POST screen), it gets as far as starting to load windows then restarts. I looked in the BIOS and it recognizes the amount ram. I have tried one stick at a time in each slot, pulled the CMOS battery for an hour and still the same result. When I put the old ram back in it goes to windows repair, prompts me to restart the computer then everything works just fine. My POS motherboard is a Lenovo 5498A4U and the memory I bought is Kingston DDR3-1333 CL9.

MX is a great chain in our area for sure!

Oh hell yeah, that store is like my second home lol.

I am closest to the SE store, but the NE store is usually my fave..both in inventory and service..plus its the base for the online store so convenient too!
