ok, i had 512MB before. And i purchased new 1GB of memory.
i pulled out old memory and put new one today.
BIOS recognized new memory, but when windows are loading, they stops on welcome screen. I tried to reboot same thing.
I can enter safe mode though.
but i cant do anything there, but windows recognizes memory there.

what should i do?

when i put old memroy back, windows booted normally.

It depends on what memory was originally used and what memory was bought. If you bought a different speed or type the board itself may not support it. A little system information like the make and model board and the memory would help here.

That's the correct type of memory if it is dual sided not single sided dimms. The brands are a little lower quality however. If you received DDR333 that was mislabeled by chance or one of the new dimms was bad that would explain the lockup of Windows being seen. You could try each of the new dimms separately to see if that is the case.

If the same is seen with both dimms you could try lower the fsb to the 166mhz seen in the bios with either the memory timings or memory clock setting. The specifications seen at http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/Products...erboard&ProductID=1786&ProductName=7VT600P-RZ show that 266, 333, and 400mhz memory are all supported on the older Socket A model board there.
