New Rig Hard-Drive Problem

OK guys I bought it all yeasterday and assmebled it according to me everything was perfect.
Thanks to everyone for their help.and will post the pics soon

BTW i bought the thermaltake 650W PSU

Other components are
Intel Core i7 920
Asus P6T Deluxe(I needed SAS)
GTX 275 896 MB XFX
Corsair Dominator 6GB 1600 MHZ
HAF 932

I had WD 1TB which I opened the casing to get the Hard Drive which is WD 1TB Caviar GREEN
I booted up my Windows Vista 32bit Disc (temprory for 1 Day 64Bit arriving on tuesday) entered key and everything but my hard drive doesnt appear on the list to be installed and it while booting up it also displays

No Physical Drive
No Virtual Drive

I think i have connected it appropriately the hard drive to SATA on motherboard and to the PSU.
Can anyone show me their hard drive connections.
Or do I have to do something before running the OS disc

Sata cable goes from hard drive to motherboard, then the power supply connects to the hard drive. If you have never built before, read through this guide here:

Also... remember, you need to be using the red sata port on the motherboard, not the orange.
