Dont like Blue drives.
Dont like Zalman coolers.
If its a combo or not. A 940 AM2+ processor will not fit a AM3 motherboard. Newegg mess up.

yeah im going to use my hd 4670 or if i can get 80 bucks for it then i would like to get this
 
agree, the am2+ boards are all leftovers and overstock at this point, and you'll be kicking yourself for saving a few bucks on it
that's a nice processor, antec 300 is a great starter case (i'd go 600 or 900 if you're going to overclock) and why the cooler? the cpu should come with something atleast as good if not better than that cheap-o

yeah i just pick out a cooler because that combo deal cpu didnt have one

Yeah, you shouldn't need a heatsink if you plan on running stock speeds on that 925 i linked. Otherwise, the xigmatek is still a great budget cooler and would handle a good bit of overclocking.

will i be fine oc to 3ghz with the stock cooler? keep in mind that i dont have ac and im in a upper story so it gets pretty hot in my room but if its like 80f i wouldnt be inside so my computer would either be off or just ide or downloading something lol

Depends on alot of factors, VID of the chip, how much voltage it takes to get to 3Ghz, etc. On a 925 though 3Ghz is nothing for the stock cooler.
