New Router Opnions

Hello all, Thanks in advance for your help!

I am in need of a new router mine is on its last leg. I am looking for the fallowing...

Wireless N - external antennas preferd.
Gigabyte ports ( the more the better currently I am using a switch due to lack of ports )
Less then $180 preferd,
Local pick up would be great, how ever ill buy online if its a deal I cant pass up.

Currently there would be about 15- 20 devices connected to it between wireless and wired. I have Road Runner internet Extreme 30mb/5mb plan. Online gaming on about 4 devices, None how ever are in use at the same time.

Any suggestions would be great, Thanks in advance!
 
You will need an aditional router, but for the access point part

Management software, Low cost, POE, and have FANTASTIC signal strength. Can't buy these things locally, as far as I know, but for the money, BY FAR the best on the market.

They look nice too.
 
You mentioned that you're running a switch already. Is it Gigabit? You could run a 10/100 router with wireless N and a GbE switch for practically nothing. If the router absolutely must have GbE ports, something like this, or this would work. I personally have this router and a couple of these around the house and have zero complaints about my GbE setup at home.
 
i'm also in the market for a wireless router and most i've seen under $150 only have 4 lan ports.

BlownFiveLiter has some ok suggestions but if you really have 15 - 20 devices, i would suggest a simultaneous dual band router like the d-link dir-825 ($100 @ bestbuy) or a linksys E3000. while the D-Link DGL-4500 has dual band, it is not simultaneous.

i am about to pull the trigger on a netgear wndr3700, also has simultaneous dual band, 4 Gbit lan ports at newegg. but there are two versions out there with diff amount of flash memory and 1 less antenna, so i'm still debating.

all these also have usb ports for external drives or printers and whatnot.

bestbuy has the belkin N750 with all these features on sale for $80 (in store). sweet deal. i was going to pick it up but i read a lot of negative reviews on it. ymmv.
