Geoff VIP Member Jul 25, 2006 #2 I've never had an issue where I needed to install drivers for a SATA drive, and i've done so on many different computers. I'm pretty sure that your motherboard would come with the appropriate drivers if you need to install any.

shadow309 New Member Jul 25, 2006 #3 ? thats the problem, the mobo didnt come with a floppy for the drivers, and the cd that it brought doesn't contain the drivers for the SATA either.
