New to CF: Trying to upgrade my ram on my comp need help

So im not the most computer technical person and no one at best buy would help so i want to know if the 2 sticks of 4GB ram PNY brand DDR3 PC3-10666
ram sticks will be compatible with my windows 7 home premium 64bit levove idea pad z570
 
What speed did it come with? I believe you would really be downgrading from a speed perspective. Below is what should have come standard in your machine.
