new to over clocking need some help

I have a E6400 CPU that I want to over clock I got into the Bios see pic but not sure what to set everything at everything is in auto

I'm not too familiar with intel chips but I think that you should be able to change it from auto to manual. Then you can mess with the fsb.

What would I change it to and is that all I have to change ?

im kinda new to this too

im kinda new to this too today i looked in my bios but i wont be overclocking it til i get more ram but i can tell you set fsb clock to manual and memory clock or where it says memory mhz to unlinked if your motherboard supports it cuz if you overclock your fsb a bit memory will overclock with it but if its not unlinked i would prolly worry about overheating the memory sticks and if your overclock becomes unstable increase the voltage a bit but im not expert at this so if you want to do the voltage thing maybe somebody can help you with that

if you google overclocking, youll find some good guides on how to overclock safely without frying your motherboard , thats how i learned how to overclock
