I'm new so I really can't judge well, but I think that a 140 case is a bit much. I made the mistake of getting the Cooler Master Stryker (seemed so cool) but now I realize I spent all this money on something that wasn't the most important thing. I now realize that I should have put it into memory. (Bought case before any parts).

I see you have an FM2 motherboard and an FX-8320 - those are not compatible with each other.

The CPU is good value for money so keep that, but you'll need to ditch the FM2 board and get an AM3+ one. Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 is a good one, or if you want to spend less you can get the 970A-UD3 (also Gigabyte).

HopeCorgi is right saying that the case is expensive but it's a good one. If you like and you are prepared to pay for it, keep it, but you could always get something cheaper like a Phantom 410 or a HAF 922 if the like the style of the 932 and then spend more money on other components such as the graphics card. GTX 760 is good, but if you got a cheaper case you might be able to afford a 770.

Some of your links are broken, for example the link to the power supply and the RAM. Can you post these again so we can see what you are looking to buy?

I would also advise you buy everything from once place - Newegg.

Windows 8.1 is a lot faster and takes up less resources such as space and ram than Windows 7

and I would go with all Spirit's suggestions.

Thanks for taking all of my suggestions onboard...

First things first, please get rid of everything FM2 in this build! That means the processor and the motherboard. It is NOT a gaming socket!

Then get an AM3+ motherboard and an AM3+ CPU. I would recommend one of the two boards I posted yesterday (depending on budget), and an FX-8320 ideally. If you can't afford the 8320, get an FX-6300. Either one of those is much better than the Athlon.

The case looks fine but for $80 I'd rather you got something from a good brand, so here is a Corsair 300R for $80: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811139016

If you want to save money on the case, you can get it without the side panel window for $70.

Or, if you spent $10 more on the case you could get the HAF 922 or the Phantom 410 like I suggested to you yesterday.

The RAM is good but I'd only get 1x8GB stick if you intend to upgrade to 16GB in the future. If not, get 2x4GB instead so you are running in dual-channel. Try looking for 1866MHz. Sometimes it is only a few dollars more than 1600MHz and sometimes it is the same cost.

I've already said that you can probably squeeze a GTX 770 into your budget. You've got a $115 keyboard and a $60 mouse there - must you buy these *right now* with all of the other components? Why spend $175 on peripherals right now if it hinders the performance of your machine? $175 should easily buy you an AM3+ platform and an upgrade to a GTX 770. At the end of the day, a higher-end graphics card (and an AM3+ platform with a good CPU) is going to make your rig a stronger system, much more so than the keyboard and mouse will, so I'd either look for something a little cheaper or purchase them later and spend the money now on laying your hands on the best hardware you can afford.

The power supply is good enough, I guess, but personally I'd go for a Corsair CX 600M. Semi-modular and 600W. You could probably afford that once you've gotten rid of the mouse and keyboard.

What is your budget for the whole thing? Hardware and peripherals.

You can follow the above if you want, but it will benefit you. I can't tell you how much better than FX-8320 and a GTX 770 is going to be than an Athlon and a 760.

And also, it's best to stick to one thread. We don't need duplicate threads asking about the same thing: http://www.computerforum.com/230043-how-does-my-build-look.html let's keep the discussion here.
