I've just bought a new set of components, including Asus P5N32-Plus SLI m/b, and Samsung Spinpoint T HD321KJ 320GB SATA -II hard drive.
In the BIOS, it recognises the drive as 320GB, however when loading up the Windows XP CD, only 131000 (approx) MB is recognised to make any partitions.
I set the Access in the BIOS to Large (from Auto) but I have the same issue.
Do I just create a 40GB partition (for example), install Windows on this, then hope that XP recognises the correct remainder? Or should I do something else?
Thanks in anticipation.
