New Video Card runs into problem!

I just purchase and set up a Geforce 7800 GT, the graphic is smooth alright, but for some reasons it has some kind of doteration (some flashing squares) all through out the screen during gameplay. I remember reading this problem a while ago, but I can't find the page, I think the solution was to download something, would someone please point me to the right direction?

it is not a monitor problem, because I'm connecting two monitors to the card, and the doteration will go as I choose a different primary monitor. BTW, the secondary monitor is the one that WORKS fine, while the primary has stuff on it.

Oh yeah, the card scores a 7654 in 3D mark 05, does that sounds right?
