New Video Card--Still Can't Run Aeropeek

I installed an ATI Radeon HD 5770, downloaded the latest Catalyst suite, rebooted, and most all the appearances still look like I'm running 7 Basic. What did I forget??

Nevermind, I forgot to "refresh" Windows Experience Index.
