New Video card worth it?

Would a new 8800GT be worth it for my slowly aging system?

The motherboard is getting old, I'm afraid that I won't get much more gaming performance due to a bottle neck somewhere...

Agreed. Even if you only have pc3200, the max for 939 I think, it's only alittle slower (performance-wise) than pc6400 so the bottleneck there will be small. And if you ever need some extra Oomph in the CPU area: OC.

I think I'm almost ready to OC. I've been slowly gaining knowledge for a long time know. As for the memory thing, that could also be OCed

tbh no idont think it would be worth it,you already have a 7950GT in it and thats a decent card but that system has pc3200 memory which is a bit slow now buddy
