New Video Card

I posted about having issues with my video card and might just replace it. I have the GeForce 8400 GS and was told it is not good for gaming at all. I was thinking about getting http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicat...-details.asp?EdpNo=3749879&csid=ITD&body=MAIN
My current setup is as follows:
AMD Athlon 64X2 Dual Core Processor 5200+
2.70 GHz, 2 GB of Ram
WinXP
NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS
ASUS M2V-AM
Will the OC 9600 GT work well with my PC? I never dealt with anything that was overclocked so it kind of worries me. Thanks in advance.

If it were me, I would be completely comfortable putting in that machine. Its coming from a manufacturer overclocked which means they've made sure that its stable at those overclocked speeds and they've most likely improved the heat dissipation system on it to compensate for the increased heat.

Basically, if you like the cards specs and price i wouldn't even worry about the overclock.
