New Video card

I know this is been discussed and ive read alot up on which video card to get. Right now im looking at all brands pricing from 100-170...and have been looking at either the 6800le or the 6600gt...Itd be in agp 8x and i do play vidoe games but not really hardcore, i just like having for my money the best i can get for it.

If you're not into "hardcore" gaming, than a "decent" card will probably suffice. For that, i suggest a 6600GT. Brand doesn't matter much, jsut don't be paying an extra $50 when all you get is a different brand name and psecs are the same. eVga, MSI, XFX...all good.

X800GT brand is really the best to go with for the price. Its $10 more than the 6600GT but killed the 6800LE and beat the 6600GT with benchmarks. Also in Half-life 2 with high Level-of-Detail it beat out the X800XL on 1024x768 resolution. On all other games it was slightly behind.

By christmas i hope to get a 6800 ultra but my friend is buying stuff from tiger direct and he owes me 50 bux and so i figured for now i could get a decent card.
