New video driver not working correctly

I just installed a new video card today and went to check nvidia.com for the newest drivers. It was just installed, but now everything is slightly blurry and my screen doesn't fit right (I have to hold the mouse to each side of the monitor in order for it to slide all the way; it's almost like it is on a horizontal bar. GC is a geforce 7600gt.
 
After you installed the drivers do you go into you Display Properties and reset your Resolution,Quality 32 bit and refresh rate.
 
If they are set to the same as before you updated them I dont know, try uninstalling them and reinstall. If that doesnt work uninstall them and go back to the verison of drivers you had before and see if the problem goes away.
