New videocard idea

Hello,

I need to get a new videocard for my desktop computer.
Budget: Max €150,-

Specs:
Windows xp proffesional
Core2 Duo @ 3,00 GHz, E8400
4Gb Ram (=3,2 cause of xp) Kingston 2*2gb
Gigabyte EP45-DS3
Coolermaster M520 W
(Defective current VGA: 8800GTS 512mb)

I was thinking for a GTX 550 Ti VGA
Any other cards that are as good as the 550 or better within the budget?
No ATI cards.

It's faster than a 550 Ti and a 460. It's not a bad card - the 560 Ti is better though, but it costs more.
 
I figured that the €142 is pretty good for this card.
I'd like to know if the specs of this particular one is any good.
And I do have to mention that my PSU is 4 years old tho...
 
Well you need a new PSU then. Get a Corsair CX600 or an OCZ ZS 650 or something along those lines. That card has been overclocked and it's from a good brand so I'd say it's fine.
 
Nope. Don't buy from Palit. I owned a Palit card, it was crap. :/

Stick with EVGA, MSI, ASUS and Gigabyte for NVIDIA cards.
 
that all looks fine, the webshop you chose is a good one too. I have experience with that one;)(dont forget to write a revieuw!:D)
