I just acquired Win32/nugel.e and it has locked out all apps, safemode, the internet and system restore. Are there any ideas how to get rid of this?
 
If you can't access safe mode and you can't get any apps to run like malwarebytes superantispyware, then you will either need to put the hard drive in another system and scan it using a fully updated antivirus program or you will need to format and reinstall windows but all your data will be deleted.

Let me what if you can actually do anything to see if we can run a program or not.
