Newb trying to build a powerful computer system for gaming...

32bit will only support up to 3.25gb of ram, if you want 4gb then you need 64bit.

I'm using a wireless adaptor, if you buy one check before hand on the manufactures webpage that they have drivers for it.

I havn't had a single driver problem, but wireless adaptors are a pain.

5k?

QX9650
X38-DS4
4GB DDR2-800
1TB WDC SATAII 32MB
Antec 900
X-5400
G15
MX-518
8800GTS G92
Fatality Sound Card

... But in reality, 5k is overkill by around... 4 grand.

And that is the WORST build I have ever seen in my life. That's like a $2k system. They sure earn lots of money offa you

Its not a 2k system.....Price that stuff out and see what you come up with. Directron is south texas's tiger direct. Im not saying Id waste my money on it, but its not as bad as your making it. Theres not one g card but two and 4 raid hd's. You need to look at how many of each item its showing.

Wow! Add everything up and you still get around $1000 less if you built it yourself

By the way you try to protect it, I'm willing to bet you would.
