I dont know what the hell is going on. Whatever I do my computer will not read my XP SP1 CD. its a real copy. I tried the cd in my other computer and it shows the cd. when i put it in the cd drive of the comp i built it just reads forever. I put my new cd rom drives in my old computer to test them and they work. I put my old cd-rom drives in my new computer and they dont work. Ive double checked my master and slave thing. and also the primary and secondary IDE cable. all my hardware shows up in the BIOS. for some reason my cd roms wont read anything in my new computer. what can I do?

you trying to boot with it? and you can boot with same cd in the other computers?
