, hope you don't mind if I jump straight in with a plea for help.
I have just bought a new laptop running on windows 7 Home Premium,everything is great with it apart from the sata HDD's I have been using for storage.
I have two, both were fine on old laptop but don't work on this one. One of them is detected but doesn't show up anywhere on the computer,even in disk managment. The other one doesn't even get detected.
I hope you will be able to help me,as I have a lot of important pictures and document backed up on the two drives.
