Newegg Deal PSU

I just signed up on Newegg in preparation to buy my new computer when Sandy Bridge MoBo's and CPU's return to the market but I'm a sucker for deals. However, I know nothing about power supplies and I'm wondering if this is worth the deal. It seems pretty sweet with $50 off and free shipping. Plus, I have $25 off my first purchase until the 28th so I don't want to let that expire. I plan to have two GTX 560Ti's that I would like to overclock and I plan on getting a full tower so everything should fit and manage power very easily with a 1000W, right?

Same unit as the Tuniq Ripper 1KW model. It'll stay in spec at full load, but only barely. It's not a "bad" unit at all, since it can actually provide its rated power and do so without going outside ATX specs, but it's close enough that it may fall out of spec as it gets older. Plus, you can get a much more stable unit with lower output power for about the same price. You won't need anywhere near 1000 watts for this...a 750-850W unit would give plenty of headroom for your setup.

This 750W Antec is around the same price and is very good:

And if you'd rather go 850W, this is XFX a great deal:

Although, if you don't mind waiting for the rebate, this 850W XFX is a better deal (and a better performer) than all of them:
