I'm watching a few processors on NewEgg - going to jump on one in the next 1-3 months for a first build.
One thing I've noticed is the combo deals - varying from MOBO's to RAM - to bunch of other things.
The Phenom II's have a note the MOBO deals are gone by the 1st of next month.
Does Newegg pretty much always have cpu / MOBO combos all year round - just rotating the boards / deals available month to month. Or if I see something that looks interesting - is it an act now or forever miss that deal - OR - do certain processors have hot deals ala New Processors / Old processors - etc? How do they mix up the selections?
I want to better understand how they price things so I can adjust my buying habits to get the most bang for my buck.
Thanks
