For about two days newegg.com website switched over their sale-famous "power search" invocation to java script. That is how long I wasn't able to search for any of their products.
Browser with fully enabled java script could not do anything but report java script errors. I did look up competitor web sites, but I am afraid to try CPUs from other retailers. OEM stuff scares me like you wouldn't believe.
Intentional or not, someone made mistakes in the java script code. The power search is now back, thankfully. I like the way newegg website was. That's why I buy from them and not someone else.
Anyone want to explain a sudden drop in Core 2 Duo prices? This could be a good one.
