just built a new computer reusing my case, hard drive, and cd drive, which are all from my old 2003 HP. Its not turning on at all. the MB light flicks on though. I've checked the front panel connection a hundred times to make sure its correct. Does anybody know whats going on?

Do a debug.
Only conect the Power & MOBO and CPU ...

Get a multimeter on the Power supply and check the 12v rails and 5v....
