News lately

Has anyone noticed that lately there hasn't been much in the news about any new processors that AMD might be comming out with. All i've seen lately are the advancements that Intel has been making their quad cores, their 45nm architecture to name a few. I'm and always have been a fan of AMD... Is anyone else worried that they may be lagging behind. Or maybe they have something up their sleeves that will blow intel out of the water. Any ideas?

AMD just doesn't have the same amount of funding, resources, and affiliates as Intel does. Therefore, their technology is lacking behind.

Yeah, see the bad thing is if they go out of business who will compete with intel.
