nLite Help (Installing Programs? + Remembering Passwords)

I am making my first custom XP. I have all my drivers in ther and everything is the way I want it, but now I would like it to automatically install a few things like WinRAR, Everest, and a few other things. is there a way to make it do this?..

Also, I let windows remember all my passwords and I like it that way. I dont really remember then (I have then in a notebook but I dont like to get it out unless I have to). So every time I reformat I am forced to look at my paper the fist time I login to each site then I tell it to remember it. Is there a way I can save the file it makes and transfer it when I reformat?.. is there a way to have windows put them there for me with nLite. I know its not a real good idea. I would rather just transfer them myself. so does anyone know where they are stored?..

there is a program that will allow you to insert programs into your xp install disk and then when you install xp it will install the other programs as well ,i no it involves ripping the xp disk to your desktop and burning it to a dvd but i cant remember the name of the program you will have to google it.
