no 3d for a game?

this is a new problem, i was just playing silk road on this computer yesterday and it worked fine, if a little laggy (old HP)
 
well, one question, why in the world would it do this out of the blue? i mean we installed the video card (256MB Nvidia 6200 pci) over three months ago, so i see no reason for it to decide to do this now.
 
Installing latest graphic card driver would make gameplay more stable and even faster.
If the problem persist, maybe some of your system files are damaged by bad shutidown or something else.
Re-install Windows under windows itself on your old windows folder, your system files would be re-written with the fresh ones without removing your current installed softwares.
