No artifacts just driver crashing

newest 8800gt driver
for some reason when i overclock it it doesnt artifact at all the driver will jsut crash and reboot itself

anyone else have this problem?

i'm getting that with my gt240 anytime i overclock it a little drivers crash and restart and then games play like shits

Try using an older driver, sometimes newer drivers are crap for older cards, or just crap in general.
