no audio over internet

I get sound on my computer from music I have on my harddrive and all the windows notices, but I cant get audio on YouTube or Amazon music. What is going on ? I did just do a screen share with Intuit. Could that have done something?

Okay, he audio works with Firefox, but not chrome. I have been searching for a way to fix chrome, but its not working

Try this first though. Open chrome, go the website having the audio issue. Then right click on the speaker icon down by the clock and click on open volume mixer, you should see a chrome slider bar. Make sure its all the way up.
