No clue at all

My fren's comp has started behave very strange.He thinks that this all happened after he plugged in his fren's PSP into his PC.After plugging PSP in his C: a folder with around 23KB is found.If we delete it it again comes back when we refresh.That is not the problem,the problem is now the games run like hell(i.e it runs like playing video from scratched disc).

When we boot the comp it shows yahoo messenger has encountered a problem and needs to close.And at the background,My document folder pops out automatically.So how can I solve this problem.

Help me out pls and the answer is needed as soon as possible.

It seems there are lots of unnecessary things up there... the "01 - Hosts ..." stuff look mess up the system.
 
youve got worms trojans and all sorts of crap!!
ive moved this to the secuirty section for Buzz (our expert) to have a look at. IF he doesnt then ill call back in a day or 2
 
Should I install Avast home edition in it after spyware scan?And shoul I delete all the files detected by those two antispyware?And if possible tell me then what shoul I do to make my frens PC clean?
 
First off install Avast and run all the updates and scans for it. Then install ccleaner/adaware/spybot/sweepi and run all of the above scans and remove all they find then rerun the hijak this log. P.S i have never seen so many 01 entries in a log before. You have lots to work on there.

cracks? what the heck is he looking at? Looks to me like he has been on some sites downloading illegal copies of something and then downloaded cracks to try to get them running...
 
Guys you won't believe that when I scanned his comp with super antispyware it detected around 200 infected files.Then I was forced to install avast antivirus in safe mode then when avast scanned while booting it again detected around 70-80 infcted files.After i removed them now the comp is running quite well than before but not as good as before it was infected.All I want to say is thanks a lot guys because he gave all the credit to me for curing his PC.And its all because of you guys thanx a lot.
