Lately I get once a day or so the error message of "Limited or no connect, unable to aquire IP address, and the internet is lost

An hour later everything is fine. I have 1 wireless PC 30 feet from the wireless router.
The other PC is wired to the router and always is on the internet

I have a 1.5 DSL non-static IP

I'm with Centurytel DSL with a Centurytel brand Modem/wireless router combo.

It's been install 4 months, the trouble started two weeks ago

I have changed nothing on either PC, DSL service, or system changes.

Any ideas to keep the IP address up and stop dropping it?

The signal is 5 bars/excellent Per speedtest.net I'm running 1.55 on the wireless and plugged in both.

Also I have a laptop at work

I also have a laptop at work that sits 15 feet from the linlsys wireless router and I sometimes get "Aquiring IP Address" but fails to connect.
?????

I would say you have a router issue. Try disabling security on the router and see what happens.
