No Connectivity???

have you re-entered the wep or wpa code yet?
if windows connects to a wireless network without the correct code it will say it is connected with full bar but only have limited or no connectivity

i take it you are using the windows wireless software
where you choose which network to connect to highlight the network then
click change advanced settings -> select the wireless network tab -> select your network then press properties -> association tab should be selected then choose the correct encryption wpa/wpa2/wep (should be able to find what this is set to on your router) and enter the correct key click ok, then try to connect as normal should hopefully work
