No Display on Boot, PSU?

Well today I was working on a few of my computers and one has a ram PROBLEM THAT JUST POOPED UP OUT OF NOWHERE, and then I was looking at my etower 400id and I was messing with the RAM and then I put it back togeather and turned it on... Nothing. So I opened it back up and the power supply wires were on top of the PSU fan. I pulled the wires back and turned it on. And the fan came on. and the keyboard just blinked... I am guessing PSU?

Woot! I took the PSU from, another parts computer that had the same processor! It wasn't as complicated as I thought. And I took the PSU fan from the parts because it was quieter then the original one.
