no drivers installed !!1

hi ppl i think i have found the problem to my laptop freezing n stuff i cant find any drivers installed and i need the setting done properley.


how can i install the drivers ive been told that i can download them but dont i need to find out the make of the mother board and the model number/make to my laptop??

You just need the model number of your laptop. What is it?

For example, you've got an HP DV1156. You go to the HP website (www.hp.com) and you go to the support section and click on the link for Drivers/Software. You'll have to find your model number though the list of other systems. That's about it.
