No hard drive on new hp desk top

Just got (today 03/15/22) a new
HP 2021 Newest All-in-One Desktop, 27" Full HD Touchscreen, 11th Gen Intel Core i7-1165G7 Processor, 32GB RAM, 1TB PCIe SSD, Intel Iris Xe Graphics, Windows 11 Home .

After going through the initial set up I found there is “no hard drive installed”. I turned down the Windows Office thingy and connected to my WiFi.

There is no way to get into the comp to verify whether or not the actually is/isn't a hard drive so I don't know what top do now.

Windows 11 is/was installed I know because the windows logo showed up and that should indicate a hard drive. I don't want to send it back to Amazon if there is a chance this situation can be resolved.

Can any one help me on this?

Thanks, Robert

Technically that system has NVME SSD for storage. A lot of pre-builts are not coming with traditional mechanical hard drives anymore, they are slow and fail more often. An SSD is faster and should last longer.

Then you better take it in for service or call HP for support. Sounds like the an issue with motherboard or nvme drive.

Sounds like you were part way through the initial setup process and backed out and now Windows isn't installed...?

Did it come with a USB or DVD that has Windows on it?
